An analyser is not an instrument you install. It is one you maintain, and an unmaintained analyser produces confident readings that are wrong.
We provide scheduled calibration with span and zero verification, consumable and reagent replacement, and drift trending between visits. Availability is reported, because for a regulatory analyser uptime is itself a compliance parameter and a system that was offline during an exceedance is a difficult conversation with a board.
