Compressed air is the most expensive utility in most plants and the most casually wasted. A typical unsurveyed system loses a fifth to a third of its output through leaks nobody can hear over the ambient noise.
We survey the full distribution network ultrasonically, tag each leak, size it, and put a running cost against it. The deliverable is a prioritised repair list with a rupee figure per leak, not a total. A total gets discussed; a tagged leak with a cost on it gets fixed.
