Register Free →Continuous emission monitoring supplied and commissioned with the regulatory connectivity consent requires.
CEMS is bought because a consent condition demands it, which means the system must satisfy a regulator rather than an engineer. That changes what matters: the analyser is the easy part, and the connectivity, calibration record and uptime are where installations fail.
We supply and commission systems for particulate, SOx, NOx and process specific parameters, with the data upload the board requires and the calibration schedule that keeps a reading defensible. Availability is stated as a target and measured against it, because a system reporting eighty per cent of the time is a non compliance rather than a partial success.
Two plants running the same process need different instrumentation, so we survey before we specify and specify before we price. Tell us about the facility and we will come back with a scope stating what is supplied and where our responsibility ends.
