Register Free →Treatment performance against actual inlet load with unit process evaluation.
An ETP is designed for a load and operated against a different one. Production changes, the influent changes, and the plant is blamed for a discharge failure that began upstream.
We characterise the actual inlet, assess each unit process against what it is receiving rather than what it was designed for, and identify where performance is lost. Where the cause is upstream — a process dumping a shock load, a chemical nobody declared — we name it, because optimising a treatment plant against an uncontrolled influent is not a solution.
Two plants running the same process need different instrumentation, so we survey before we specify and specify before we price. Tell us about the facility and we will come back with a scope stating what is supplied and where our responsibility ends.
