Register Free →Noise dosimetry, area mapping and boundary measurement against occupational limits.
Noise is measured for two different reasons with two different methods: what a worker receives over a shift, and what a neighbour receives at the boundary. Conflating them produces a survey that satisfies neither.
We conduct personal dosimetry for occupational exposure, area mapping to identify the sources, and boundary measurement where an environmental consent applies. Hand arm and whole body vibration are assessed where the work involves them. Findings identify the dominant source rather than the loudest location, since those are rarely the same.
Two plants running the same process need different instrumentation, so we survey before we specify and specify before we price. Tell us about the facility and we will come back with a scope stating what is supplied and where our responsibility ends.
