Real time effluent monitoring is mandatory for consented units and is usually installed to close an inspection rather than to run a plant. Installed properly it does both.
We supply analysers for pH, COD, BOD, TSS and flow with the sampling system, the logger and the upload path. Before handover the output is correlated against parallel grab samples analysed in your own laboratory, and the correlation and drift are documented. An analyser nobody has cross checked is a number nobody will defend.
