Steam systems degrade quietly. Traps fail open and blow live steam for years, insulation is removed for maintenance and never replaced, and condensate that should return is dumped.
We assess boiler efficiency by both direct and indirect method, survey every trap for failure mode, thermally assess insulation, and evaluate condensate recovery against what is achievable. Each finding carries a fuel cost. Trap surveys in particular tend to pay for the whole audit several times over, because failures are invisible and cumulative.
