A loose electrical connection heats before it arcs. A failing bearing heats before it seizes. Refractory thins before it breaches. All three are visible in infrared and invisible otherwise.
We survey electrical distribution, rotating equipment and thermal assets under load, classify each finding by severity against established criteria, and prioritise repair accordingly. Surveys conducted at low load find nothing, so we schedule around production rather than around convenience — which is occasionally inconvenient and is the only way the survey is worth doing.
