Ultrasound detects what is inaudible over plant noise: gas escaping through a pinhole, a steam trap passing, a bearing starting to run dry, partial discharge in switchgear before it tracks.
We survey for leaks across compressed air, gas, steam and vacuum systems with each finding tagged, located and costed, and use the same instrument for electrical partial discharge and early bearing assessment. It is the most cost effective survey we offer, because the findings are numerous, cheap to fix, and continuously expensive to ignore.
